How do I add an Item to my Cart?
To add an item to your cart, click the "Add to Cart" () button on the
given products page. Upon doing so, you will be taken to the shopping cart page, you can return to the item you've just added to your cart by
clicking "Keep Shopping" in the bottom left hand corner of your shopping cart.
How to remove an item from your cart:
To remove an item to your cart, click one of the the "view cart" links on any page. The links are located in the upper right corner (view cart ),
or the left side of the page ().
Once viewing the cart, adjust the quantity (Qty.) of any item in your cart to zero (0), and click the "Update Qty."
button (). You may also use this method to increase or decrease the quantity of a given item.
How do I track the status of my order?
When you placed your order, you received a confirmation email from our store. Within the email, there is a link unique to your order. Click
on that link to see the status of your order. If you no longer have the confirmation email, please visit our Order Status page by clicking
How do I track the location of my order?
Click the same link described above. When you are viewing your order, click on the tracking number next to "Tracking: DHL Shipment." This
link will direct you to the DHL tracking page, and will display the information pertaining to your order. Please allow at least 24 hours before
checking the tracking number.
