Shipping Policy

Our Shipping Policy is as follows:

Orders for in-stock merchandise placed by 2 PM (EST), Monday through Friday will normally be shipped within 72 hours from the receipt of order. Expedited shipping may be requested, however, additional charges will apply. All items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. Sometimes we may be temporarily out of stock on a particular item. If this occurs, we will notify you of any delay. P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses will be shipped Parcel Post. For overseas shipments, please inquire. Descriptive or typographical errors are subject to correction.

Your product is shipped directly from the factory and to your doorstep. Please allow for 3 to 5 weeks for delivery.

Deliveries outside of the contiguous U.S.:
Please add $15 to the standard shipping and handling chart for shipments to HI, AK, PR and USVI. For addresses outside the contiguous U.S., there will be an additional charge. Please email customerservice@buyshipdirect.com or call 1-410-277-8531 for rates.

We are unable to reimburse for any postage unless the product is defective or an error occurred when filling your order.
